The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and offered a complimentary drink, which set a lovely tone for the stay. My room, the Extrovert, felt unique and cozy with quirky decor that added character. The bedding was comfortable, and having a flat-screen TV along with free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. the complimentary toiletries were lacking. there was no shampoo, and the body gel dispenser was unreliable. It took some effort to take a shower since the shower head needed cleaning, which was a letdown. Despite the issues, the overall atmosphere and decor made a lasting impression. A wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)
Intriguing decor with a quirky vibe and super comfy bedding made my stay enjoyable. Plus, the location is superb, just a short stroll to the heart of town—what a convenience! !
Parking was a hassle, with confusing payment instructions that could've been clearer. some street noise at night was a slight distraction from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Street noise can be a nuisance until late at night, especially in rooms facing the thoroughfare. Shower head needed more cleaning. unreliable body gel dispenser in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable, allowing for good rest after visiting attractions like Grosvenor Park just a short walk away. There was a bit of noise from the street, which was a minor downside, but overall a decent place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the cozy Extrovert room, which was a snug fit for my family of five. The location's perfect too, just a quick stroll to the Chester Races, which kept the kids excited. The friendly staff made our visit even better.
My kids wished for some designated play areas.

Charming and quirky room
I stayed for one night and found the room to be absolutely charming with unique decor that made it feel special. It was super clean, with a good-sized bathroom and a comfy bed that made for a restful night despite some noise from the street outside. The welcomed bottle of cava was a lovely touch and added to the experience. Just a heads-up, securing parking can be a bit of a walk, so plan ahead!
